Therapeutic exercise: restoration of musculoskeletal strength and flexibility while maintaining precautions for surgical procedures and or disease processes.
Modalities: including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, iontophoresis, moist heat, and cryotherapy.
Neuromuscular Therapy: improving balance and control of posture with activities of daily living through varied challenges to the body's neuromuscular control systems.
Home Exercise Programs: each patient will receive a home program tailored to their individual needs.
Body Mechanics Education: education in techniques to help prevent injury with lifting or repetitive tasks.
Work Conditioning: restoration of musculoskeletal conditioning in a work specific manner.
